Daily timetable and Term Dates

A polite reminder that children should not be arriving late to school. If your child arrives after the gates have closed, they will be marked in the register as late.

DAILY TIMETABLE – WEST WICK
The school gates open at 8.15am. You may walk your child down to class where their teacher
will be waiting.

Children must be in their class by 8.30am for the official start of the day and morning registration.

School finishes at 3:00pm.

This amounts to 32.5 hours in a typical week.

DAILY TIMETABLE – HEWISH
The school gates open at 8.30am. You may walk your child down to class where their teacher
will be waiting.

Children must be in their class by 8.45am for the official start of the day and morning registration.

Lunch – 12-1pm 

School finishes at 3:15pm.

This amounts to 32.5 hours in a typical week.

It is important that your child arrives at school on time as learning starts immediately. If you are late for any reason, please
access the school through the office.

Gates close at WW at 8:30am.  Registers close at 8:40am

Gates close at Hewish at 8:45am. Registers close at 8:55am

Children who arrive after the register has closed, will be marked as unauthorised which could lead to a penalty notice.

Term 5 – Monday 20th April 2026 – Friday 22nd May 2026
Term 6 – Monday 1st June 2026 – Tuesday 21st July 2026

Please book holidays within the holiday dates so that your children maximise their learning in school. It really does make a difference.  Applications for time off will not be authorised unless in very exceptional circumstances. For more information please look at our attendance page.
